Product development

We work on behalf of our customers to tackle specific problems concerning sugar and sweeteners. In addition, application profiles for development products are elaborated by our team of applications technology experts. In our applications technology pilot plant we have all the equipment required to produce a wide range of foods at a pilot scale for the purposes of sensory and rheological testing.

With our well-established network of professional co-operation partners, we can also provide our customers with product samples in small batches and production scale batches.

Technical service

Our technical service handles process optimisation and development for established and new products with the further development of classic sugar technology. It also concentrates on sweetener and feed analysis.
An area of increasing significance is process optimisation for the production of bioethanol and biogas from renewable resources.

Our technical pilot plant boasts modern equipment for evaporation, crystallisation, drying and centrifuging. We provide our customers with advice on technical issues and problems involving the storage of liquid and crystalline sweeteners.
