Use of the Nordzucker press database
- Nordzucker grants the user a non-exclusive right which may be revoked at any time to use the pictures contained in the press database (on the Nordzucker website). Users are not authorised to transfer said right to third parties or grant usage rights to third parties. Picture copyright remains with Nordzucker.
- Users enter the obligation to refrain from any activities which might damage Nordzucker’s image in the public eye or bring it into disrepute.
- Usage right is valid for a limited period and may be revoked at any time by Nordzucker.
- Users concur to the revocable and non-exclusive conditions set out above when they log in to the press database on the Nordzucker homepage.
