Good corporate governance with more transparency

Corporate governance which is responsible, transparent and oriented to long-term success, is an integral part of our  corporate philosophy. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board ensure that Nordzucker regularly reviews the corporate governance throughout the Group and continually develops the corporate governance further. This is done to strengthen the trust of our shareholders, business partners, farmers, employees and the general public in the quality of our corporate governance. Although the German Corporate Governance Code is not legally binding for Nordzucker AG because it is not a listed stock corporation, Nordzucker publishes an annual corporate governance report and the associated declaration of compliance.
